The Nissan Cube's unusual boxy design got the attention of many readers in response to my review last week.

An extraordinary number of readers commented on my review of the Ford Taurus SHO: "I love Ford, but $25,000 starting for a Taurus?" "There are folks out there that still want a full-sized sedan that can carry five adults without feeling like sardines....This car targets that buyer."

Some readers said the Cadillac SRX turbo I praised in my review last week is nothing more than an overpriced Saturn Vue: "Sorry Mark, but at over $50,000 it still looks like a glorified Saturn Vue with a bit of chrome."

While I liked the Nissan GT-R, my comment in last week's review that "it doesn't surpass established leaders like the BMW 650i, Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 and Porsche 911 Carrera 4 S" didn't sit well with some readers.

Not everyone agreed with my four-star review of the Hyundai Tucson SUV last week: "Head-turning? Best-looking? You have got to be kidding....I'd like a drink of whatever it is the author of this article is drinking....a plain Jane if there ever was one."
